Alan Sham

Alan’s practice spans commercial, funds, employment, shareholder, and boardroom disputes, as well as privacy law, mutual legal assistance matters and HKEx and SFC investigations, with experience across multiple sectors, including telecommunications and construction. He also prosecutes and defends Construction and Occupational Safety and Health Summonses.

Alan holds an LL.B. from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (with First Class Honours). Before joining Broadfield, he trained and practiced at a leading international law firm in Hong Kong. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. He is a published author in the Hong Kong Journal of Legal Studies (Vol. 15).
