Timothy Chan’s practice focuses on advising regional and international asset managers on the structuring and formation of private investment funds. He also advises clients on compliance and regulatory matters.
Timothy holds an LL.B. from the University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining Broadfield, he trained and practiced at a leading U.S. law firm in Hong Kong. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
